Long-Term Planning
Harvey Road School’s curriculum is challenging, broad and exciting. This curriculum is planned carefully to ensure that everything that needs to be taught can be taught in the time available.
Long-term plans are used by teachers to help them teach their classes. Our long-term plans cover the topics taught over the course of a whole school year, split into separate autumn, spring and summer terms.
Long-term plans are written for every curriculum subject and teachers use them to inform their medium-term plans which cover a term or a half-term and offer more detailed planning support.
